What is considered a rain out?

If the Jailbirds make it to the 5th inning, it is considered a full game. If it is a rain out before the 5th inning, your ticket is exchangeable to another game.

My game was rained out! What now?

General Admission Tickets can be transferred to another game during the season. Just show us your original ticket and we will exchange it for a new game.

How will I know if a game is rained out?

Ticket holders will receive an email if the game is rained out. It will also be posted on social media.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable between games. We hope you can make it to another game!
